Emma Squires

Emma Squires (nee Smith) currently serves as the Global Head of HR at SC LOWY since March 2020. Prior to this role, Emma held positions such as Senior HR Manager for the Graduate Programme at Value Retail from May 2016 to April 2017, and EMEA Talent and Development Business Partner for Global Markets and IBD at Credit Suisse from May 2015 to May 2016. Formerly, Emma spent nearly a decade at Deutsche Bank, where responsibilities included serving as Talent & Development Specialist - Vice President from May 2004 to January 2014, focusing on the UK's Group Finance team and the global design of the VP Talent Programme, and as Senior Vice President of Graduate Training, overseeing graduate programmes for Corporate Finance and Global Transaction Banking divisions. Emma's expertise lies in talent development and strategic program implementation, coupled with strong relationships with senior management to meet business needs.
