Rodica Rapcea

Rodica Rapcea is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the People & Culture Director and Executive Board Member at METRO Romania since November 2016, Rodica has successfully held multiple positions within the company, including Human Resources Director and Head of Human Resources. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Auchan Romania and real,- Hypermarkets, where responsibilities encompassed all aspects of HR related to employment, compensation, and labor relations. With a foundational career beginning at Mega Image and the University Hospital of Stomatology, Rodica holds a Master's degree in Labor Law and Industrial Relations from Universitatea Bucuresti.
