Derek Farrell

Derek Farrell, CPA, is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in financial leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting at SCA Health since January 2024, Derek has previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Conserv Capital from May 2021 to December 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Financial Reporting at Community Health Systems from November 2017 to April 2021 and working with KPMG for several years in various capacities, including Senior Manager - Audit and Senior Associate. Derek holds a Master's degree in Accountancy from the University of Mississippi, obtained between 2003 and 2008.
