Wei-Ming Ke has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. WEI-MING started their career as a Trade Marketing Specialist at Unilever, where they were responsible for channel and marketing activity planning. WEI-MING then moved to Procter & Gamble, where they worked as an Account Manager, achieving distribution targets and executing category campaigns. Ke later joined 中華開發工業銀行 as an Associate Investment Manager before joining Abbott as a National Key Account Manager, where they developed key account strategies and managed contracts. WEI-MING also held roles as a Senior Sales Manager and Trade Marketing Manager at Abbott, focusing on key account management and new channel development.

Ke then joined Johnson & Johnson Vision as a Category Development Lead, where they worked on new business management and category development initiatives. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, Wei-Ming Ke completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
