Tim Frye

Tim Frye has over 10 years of experience as a technical writer. Tim is currently working as a Senior Technical Writer at Scala, where they are responsible for creating and maintaining customer-facing documentation. Tim is also leading the overhaul and modernization of the customer-facing knowledge base. Prior to that, Tim worked as a Contract Technical Writer at Comcast, where they created internal documentation for staff using an enterprise software platform. Before that, they were a Technical Writer at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, where they created instructional content for an internal audience. Tim also has experience as a Senior Technical Writer at Omnitracs, where they documented complex areas of logistics software for the transportation industry. Tim has also worked as a UI Designer and Trainer for Eastern New York Travel Baseball and a Proposal Manager for TEKsystems. Tim started their career as a Technical Writer at Emdeon Business Services and UPS Logistics Technologies.

Tim Frye completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Towson University between the years 2000 and 2003. Following this, from 2003 to 2005, they obtained a certificate in Technical Writing from Northeastern University.
