Britta Betz

Britta Betz is a seasoned professional in Human Resources, currently serving as Team Lead of People Operations at Scalable Capital since May 2022, and previously as Senior Human Resources Manager. Prior roles include People Service Specialist at Cazoo, Recruiter at Amazon and Oliver Wyman, and various HR-related positions including Recruiting at Hays and an HR Intern at Roland Berger. Britta started the HR journey as a working student at P3 Voith Aerospace and held an internship in Human Resources and Recruiting at Westwing Home & Living.
