Thomas Adams has a strong background in co-founding and leading various companies. Thomas co-founded Lull, a direct-to-consumer mattress company, in 2015. As a co-founder, they were responsible for the design, engineering, and craftsmanship of the mattresses. Thomas also played a key role in delivering the mattresses directly to customers at a lower cost than traditional mattresses.
Prior to Lull, Thomas co-founded Scalable Commerce in 2012. As the Chief Customer Officer, they focused on providing online marketing services for consumer products. This involved distributing products through various online marketing channels such as paid search, display, and partnerships with leading websites.
Before Scalable Commerce, Thomas co-founded Bargain Network, Inc. in 1995. Thomas led the revenue generating sales department, growing the company from $0 to nearly $70M in annual revenues. Thomas also facilitated a successful $60M acquisition and remained as president to guide the company through its most profitable years post-acquisition.
In 1999, Thomas co-founded inQ.com, which later became Touch Commerce. Thomas played a key role in developing the first real-time, agent-initiated live chat application for public site direct sales and customer support.
