Norman Rzepka

Norman Rzepka is a seasoned professional with significant experience in the technology and life sciences sectors. As Managing Director at Scalable Minds since October 2011, Rzepka has been instrumental in supporting life science researchers through the development of innovative image analysis software tools, including WEBKNOSSOS and Voxelytics. Since February 2011, Rzepka has also served as CTO at Racemap, contributing to live GPS tracking solutions for sports events. Previous roles include a Fellowship at McKinsey & Company in 2015 and an internship at the Max Planck Institute for Brain Research, where machine learning techniques were applied to electron microscope data annotation. Rzepka holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in IT Systems Engineering from the Hasso Plattner Institute, completed in 2017 and 2013, respectively.
