Dibyangsu Sekhar Barik

Dibyangsu Sekhar Barik has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dibyangsu Sekhar started their career as an HR Recruiter at Ajax management consultants Pvt. Ltd in 2008. Dibyangsu Sekhar then joined Accenture India Pvt. Ltd in 2009 as a Human Resources Executive. In 2013, they transitioned to CL Educate Ltd as a Senior HR. From 2015 to 2022, Dibyangsu worked at NEMHANS SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD, first as an Assistant Manager Human Resources and then as a Human Resources Manager. Currently, they are working as the Manager of HR & Admin at Scalable Systems since 2022.

Dibyangsu Sekhar Barik began their education at Jaleswar Boy's High School, where they studied Chemistry from 1997 to 2000. Dibyangsu Sekhar then attended CHSE in Orissa for their Higher Secondary education from 2000 to 2002, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, and English. Barik pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) from Fakir Mohan University in Balasore from 2002 to 2006. Continuing their academic journey, they enrolled at Indira Institute of Management, Pune under Pune University, where they completed their Master's degree in Personnel Management from 2006 to 2008.
