James is a Director/Partner of a specialist consultancy firm that provides contract executive management services to Aged Care Providers. James has been appointed the Interim CEO of Scalabrini for a period or six months or earlier, once a permanent CEO appointment has been made by the Board of Directors. James has significant experience in managing Aged Care Providers through a performance improvement process focusing on the clinical, compliance and quality assurance aspects of aged care services delivery. James has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters in Management.
