Benoît ROLAND

Benoît ROLAND has held various roles in the technology industry since 2010. Benoît began their career at B'DOM as a Chargé de Clientèle, where they managed support tickets and provided customer and colleague support. In 2014, they joined Experian as an Application Support Analyst and Technicien support, where they provided Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, troubleshooting platform issues, and managing client requests. In 2017, they joined Cheetah Digital as a Global Support Engineer, where they were responsible for technical analysis, troubleshooting tier 2 EMEA requests, monitoring alerts, building scripts, administering Microsoft SQL Server and IIS Web servers, and writing documentation. Finally, in 2020, they joined Scalair as Head of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager.

Benoît ROLAND completed a BTS in Informatique de Gestion / Administrateur Réseaux from 2008 to 2010 at Lycée Gaston Berger. Prior to that, they obtained a Bac STG Gestion from Lycée Saint Jean-Baptiste De La Salle from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they hold an ITIL® 4 Foundation certification from PeopleCert, obtained in June 2022.
