Geraldine Giselle Diaz Machado has held several positions in the technology and business intelligence industry. From 2022 to present, they have been a Cloud Engineer at Escala 24x7 Inc. From 2016 to present, they have been a Jefe de Inteligencia de Negocios at ZOOM, where they design, builds, tests, and maintains data architectures in Google Cloud, identifies ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality, and conducts research for business units of National and International Shipping, Currency Exchange, and Payment Services. From 2016 to present, they have also been a Consultor BI as a freelancer, where they have been a project leader for the planning, execution, and closure of cloud development and system infrastructure projects, a Hadoop developer for the deployment, configuration, and monitoring of clusters using the Cloudera Manager in a virtual test environment, and a specialist for the maintenance of Business Intelligence solutions developed in Tableau. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Consultor EPM at Technolab Venezuela y Caribe Consultores CA, where they developed software, designed, developed, and maintained Business Intelligence solutions and OLAP cubes, and implemented and monitored general processes. From 2009 to 2015, they were Gerente de Gestión y Apoyo al Negocio at Banco de Venezuela, where they planned, organized, directed, controlled, and evaluated the functioning of information systems in the area of Management and Business Support, processed electronic data, and presented projects based on the financial indicators of Commercial Banking. Geraldine Giselle also held the roles of Senior and Junior Specialists at Banco de Venezuela, where they carried out requirements gathering for the development of information systems to monitor system financial indicators, designed and built local databases for the development of information system projects for the evaluation of financial management, and conducted research into database management tools for optimization proposals in existing models and systems. Finally, from 2006 to 2009, they were a Senior Consultor at Sabe de Datos Consultores, where they consulted on Information Technology, Dynamic Reporters, Multidimensional Databases, and Oracle Hyperion Platforms, provided training, maintenance, and technical support in the use of different Oracle Hyperion tools, and administered ORACLE and SQL databases and query-based analysis.

Geraldine Giselle Diaz Machado has an educational background that spans from 2003 to 2020. Geraldine Giselle obtained a TSU in Informatica from IUTIRLA from 2003 to 2006. From 2010 to 2014, they obtained an Ingeniero en Informatica from UAH. In 2016, they obtained a Diplomatura in Gerencia y Auditoria de los Sistemas de Informacion from Universidad Jose Antonio Paez. Finally, they obtained a Master en Business Intelligence and Big Data from Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2019-2020. Additionally, they have obtained three professional certificates: Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf in 2020, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022.
