Luis Palacios

Luis Palacios has been working in the IT industry since 1994. Luis began their career as an Administrator of Network/Head of Payroll at Falcon Drilling de Venezuela. In 1999, they moved to Hanover de Venezuela, C.A. as a Coordinator of Systems. In 2006, they became the Director of Information Technologies at MMC Automotriz, S.A., where they were responsible for leading the Information Technology department and the Information Security Leader. In 2018, they were appointed Gerente de Integración Tecnológica at Panthers Corporation, C.A. In 2019, they were hired as Gerente de Proyectos IT at Avior Airlines C.A. In 2021, they were appointed Gerente Corporativo de IT at Korinvest Group, C.A. and currently holds the roles of Solutions Architect and Cloud Project Manager at Escala 24x7 Inc. since 2022.

Luis Palacios has a comprehensive educational background, beginning with a degree in Ingeniero en Sistemas from Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua from 1998 to 2003. Luis then earned a Maestria en Informática Gerencial from Universidad de Oriente (VE) from 2008 to 2011. In 2013, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn, CódigoFacilito, Kanban University, CertiProf, Bureau Veritas, SAP, De Jongh, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Project Management Institute.
