Yaxer Palacios

Yaxer Palacios began their career in 2002 as a Gerente at Cyber Orinoco. In 2005, they moved to Atento as an Operador de call center. In 2006, they joined Nexus Consultores, C.A. as a Tecnico de Soporte. In 2007, they were hired as an Analista de Sistemas II at Soporte S.P.I.,C.A., where they were responsible for technical support in a Microsoft Windows environment, managing Active Directory, configuring equipment, creating images, structured wiring, and resolving operational issues. In 2009, they moved to Idealnet Group as an Especialista IT Senior. In 2011, they joined Instituto Nacional de Meteorología e Hidrología (INAMEH) as an Administrador de Servidores, where they were responsible for monitoring and maintaining the technological platform, installing and configuring both physical and virtual servers, and coordinating and verifying the activities of the technical support staff. In 2014, they began working at VIGEOSOFT, C.A. as a Analista de sistemas sénior, where they were responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining the technological platform operating at 100% of its capacity, as well as evaluating new technologies and installing and configuring servers. In 2016, they joined Manapro Consultores as a Consultor Senior, and in 2022, they began working at Escala 24x7 Inc. as a Cloud Engineer.

Yaxer Palacios obtained their Ingeniero de Sistemas degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Universidad Santa Maria between 2000 and 2009.
