Makenzie Marino

Makenzie Marino has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and recruitment industries. Makenzie currently works as a Senior Associate, Talent Search at SCALE Healthcare, a management consulting firm that specializes in providing solutions to healthcare organizations. Prior to their current role, Makenzie worked as an Account Manager at Collabera Inc., a top IT and professional staffing firm. Makenzie also gained experience as a Placement Coordinator at AHSA and as a National Recruiter II at Planet Pharma, where they worked with leading companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. Makenzie's roles and responsibilities in these positions focused on talent acquisition and management.
