Lisa Gaston

Lisa Gaston is a seasoned events professional with extensive experience in strategic event management and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Events at Scale Venture Partners since March 2023, Lisa oversees the firm’s global event strategy, manages budgets, implements event management systems, and develops co-marketing programs with portfolio partners. Prior to this role, Lisa was Senior Manager of Global Event Marketing at Workday, where achievements included generating $8M in revenue through the Workday Rising sponsorship program and increasing sponsorship participation significantly. Lisa’s earlier experience at PwC encompassed various roles in event marketing and project management, where responsibilities included executing premier events and analyzing campaign effectiveness. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan and additional education from the Academy of Art University and City College of San Francisco.
