Arjun Gupta

Arjun Gupta currently serves as the Head of Growth & Operations at Scale AI since January 2025. Prior to this, Arjun held multiple leadership roles at REEF, including Head of Strategy and Value Creation for REEF Parking Technology and Global GM/SVP for the Sales Channel Partner business unit, achieving significant EBITDA growth and expanding operations internationally. Arjun's experience also includes serving as General Manager for Marketplace Operations at Uber, where management of a substantial annual budget and a large team was central to improving acquisition metrics during a challenging market period. Previous positions at Expedia Group and Strategy& provided Arjun with a strong foundation in strategy, business operations, and growth initiatives. Arjun's educational background includes an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
