Elliot Michaels

Elliot Michaels is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience across various regions including EMEA and APAC. Currently serving as Technical Recruiting Lead at Chainalysis Inc. since June 2022, Elliot previously held the position of Recruiting Lead for EMEA at Calm. Prior to these roles, Elliot contributed significantly to Netflix as a Senior Recruiter, where responsibilities included building the Singapore team from 50 to over 300 employees across multiple APAC markets. Earlier experience includes leading recruitment efforts for Uber in APAC, where Elliot played a crucial role in expanding the workforce from 50 to over 1000 employees within two years. Elliot's career also includes roles as Principal Consultant at Funds Partnership Asia and Managing Consultant at Selby Jennings, complemented by a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
