Justin Rezende

Justin Rezende is an experienced professional in growth strategy and customer service, currently serving as Growth Lead for Gen AI Operations at Scale AI since April 2024 and as a Growth Strategy Advisor at airshop since January 2023. Previously, Justin held roles including Director of Growth and Director of Customer Service and Support at Flexport, Director of Support for Shopify Logistics, and various positions at Deliverr Inc., Oliver Wyman, Accenture, SpaceX, and Walt Disney World.
