Sebastian Foeller

Sebastian Foeller is a proficient Software Engineer with extensive experience in machine learning and autonomous systems. Currently employed at Scale AI since December 2021, Sebastian previously worked at Boeing in various capacities from January 2015 to December 2021, including as a Software Engineer ML, where responsibilities encompassed leading research on safety in autonomous systems and implementing distributed computing systems to enhance ML model training times. Additional achievements at Boeing include the simulation design for a Cargo Air Vehicle and the development of proprietary software tools for the F-18 system simulation. Earlier experience includes automating testing procedures for flight controls at Boeing and creating a robotic arm during an internship at the Saint Louis Science Center. Sebastian holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science with a focus on Machine Learning from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
