Currently serving as the VP of Prompt Engineering and Technical Operations at Scale AI since August 2021, Willow leads a global team focused on data labeling and professional services for major technology firms involved in machine learning for autonomous vehicles and large language models. Previous roles include Supply Chain Director at Amazon, where Willow managed a team that scaled package delivery services significantly, and various leadership positions at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the US Army, where Willow demonstrated expertise in logistics, operations management, and team leadership. With dual master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from MIT and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Willow combines technical acumen with strong operational insights.
