Deema Dajani

Deema Dajani has extensive work experience in various leadership and advisory roles. Deema is currently the Product Management Director and SAFe Fellow at Scaled Agile, Inc. Deema also served as the Global SAFe Summit 2020 Program Chair and SPCT Advisor at the same company. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Board Officer and VP at Women in Agile. Deema was also a Track Chair for both Agile 2020 and Agile2019 conferences under Agile Alliance. Before that, they worked at CA Technologies as an Advisor Transformation Consulting and Sr Principal Transformation Consultant. Deema co-founded and served as the Vice President of the South Florida Agile Association. Deema also worked as a Principal Agile Coach at Rally Software. Deema has experience in process excellence as the Director of Process Excellence at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. Deema led product strategy and implemented SCRUM at Fidelity National Information Services as the Director of Product Strategy. At Accenture, they worked as a Manager, and at Barnett Bank, they started their career as a Credit Analyst.

Deema Dajani completed their MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 1995 to 2007. In 2007, they also pursued an Executive Study in China Market Entry at HKUST Business School. Additionally, Deema has obtained multiple certifications, including being a Certified Agile HR Enabler and a Certified SAFe 6 Practice Consultant-T. Deema is also a SAFe Fellow and has received various other certifications related to business agility and strategy. Deema acquired the SPC4 certification from Scaled Agile Academy (SAFe) in December 2014.
