Tom E. Fountain II MM, SPC has extensive experience in agile project management and leadership. Currently serving as Program Chair for the 2025 SAFe Summit in Denver at Scaled Agile, Inc. since January 2022, Tom previously held multiple roles at JOANN Stores from February 2021 to March 2022, including Value Delivery Manager, Senior Scrum Master/Team Coach, and Scrum Master. Prior experience includes serving as a Scrum Master at Flexjet from May 2016 to February 2021. Tom earned a Master’s of Business Management degree from the University of Phoenix between 2017 and 2019, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
