Yolanda Berea

Yolanda Berea is a seasoned Senior Scrum Master with extensive experience in Lean-Agile and SAFe leadership, currently employed at Scaled Agile, Inc. since February 2018. Previously, Yolanda served as a Senior Scrum Master and Enterprise Agile Coach at DaVita Inc., where responsibility included coaching multiple teams in various programming languages and Agile frameworks. At Thomson Reuters, Yolanda excelled in coaching cross-functional and dispersed teams on best practices in Scrum, Agile, and Lean. Earlier roles included Senior Agile Program Manager at BI Incorporated, where Yolanda managed a portfolio of advanced technology products, and Program Manager at Software Development, coordinating the development of iOS and Web products. Yolanda's foundational career includes roles at SDL International and as a Senior Software Consultant. Yolanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Systems Engineering from La Salle University, along with certifications in Project Management and Scrum Mastery from recognized institutions.
