Erik Hoffman

Erik Hoffman serves as the Director of Business Development and Security at Scaled Composites, LLC, a position held since April 2009. In this role, Erik is responsible for overseeing bids and proposals from the rough order of magnitude phase through request for proposal and contract award, collaborating closely with customers to define requirements and generate statements of work. Previous positions at Scaled Composites include Business Development Manager, Facility Security Officer, and Bids and Proposals Manager. Erik also held the role of Program Business Manager, managing cost and schedule for various proof of concept vehicles and flight test programs. Prior to joining Scaled Composites, Erik was a Program Business Analyst and Materials Manager, with early career experience as a partner at Mechanical Grip Tape. Erik holds a Project Management certificate from UC Irvine and attended California State University San Marcos.
