Juan M.

Juan M. has a diverse work history spanning several industries. Juan began their career in 2007 as a Post-Producer for Canal de Noticias, where they edited and post-produced news content. Following this, they worked as a Software Instructor for Posa Studio Creativo, teaching courses in graphic and web design software.

In 2009, Juan joined Representaciones ISM C.A. as a Projects and Logistics Coordinator, responsible for maintenance schedules and contract management. Juan later transferred to Asesorías 86 C.A. as Deputy Director, overseeing various departments in the company.

In 2013, Juan joined FAOZ Corp. Mining Company as a Board Secretary, involved in mining project development. Juan then moved to Nemotec as a Helpdesk Technician, providing technical support to customers for hardware and software issues.

Juan's next role was as a Service Desk Analyst at BNP Paribas, handling incident management and IAM account management. Juan then joined Daimler Group Services Madrid as an IT Operations Specialist.

Currently, Juan is working at Scalefast as an Issue Manager, analyzing and troubleshooting platform-related issues, constructing data models, and proposing workflow refactors.

Throughout their career, Juan has gained experience in technical support, project management, and operations in various industries.

Juan M. started their education at Santiago de León de Caracas School from 1988 to 2002. Juan obtained their Highschool Degree/General Certificate of Education with a focus in Sciences.

From 2003 to 2005, Juan M. attended Taller de Arte Sonoro and earned a Technical Engineer degree in Sound Engineering.

- Aprende a programar con JavaScript (p1) from PIXELPRO S.L in November 2021.

- Programming in .NET from MOBA Skill Training in March 2021.

- Juan M. also acquired various Adobe certifications including Adobe Dreamweaver CS6, Adobe Illustrator CS6, and Adobe Photoshop CS6 in 2012.
