Ani Koleva

Ani Koleva has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Ani most recently worked at Scaleflex as an HR & Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior to that, they were an IT Recruitment Expert at Positive Thinking Company. Ani also served as an IT Recruitment Lead and a Talent Acquisition Specialist at UpSkill Ltd. Additionally, Ani worked as an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist at Euro Games Technology Ltd. and Gazprom. Ani began their career as an HR Assistant at ITW and as an HR & Recruitment Trainee at Kamenitza Brewery.

Ani Koleva completed their education at the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski". Ani obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, graduating in 2011. Ani then pursued a Master's degree in Research and Development Management and completed it in 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ani has obtained several certifications. In December 2020, they earned certifications in Content Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn and Learning Needs Analysis from Udemy. In June 2020, they also obtained a certification in Employer Branding to Attract Talent from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in April 2016, Ani earned a certification in IT Technologies for Recruiters from MNKnowledge.
