Jhofer F. has over 12 years of work experience in the IT industry. In 2008, they began their career as an End User Support Specialist for Micro-D International, Inc (MDi). In 2011, they moved to Stream Global Services as a Salesforce Administrator Support Specialist. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Subject Matter Expert (Salesforce CRM) for HCL Technologies.
