Scott Stouffer

Scott Stouffer has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Scott began their career in 1990 as the Director of Marketing at Telecommunications Techniques Corp. (TTC, later Acterna then JDSU). In 1993, they founded, became CEO, and Chairman of Visual Networks Inc., a leader in network monitoring and management solutions for Internet services and wide-area communications services. Scott successfully built the company from its original product concept to a profitable enterprise with more than $100 million in annualized revenue. Scott then moved on to Optinuity Inc. in 2004, where they were the CEO. Scott successfully negotiated the company sale to CA (Computer Associates) and drove the company’s largest license sales to AOL and Comcast. In 2009, they became the CEO of Grodo, a cash-back rewards program that works with consumers' existing credit and debit cards. In 2012, they were recruited from their position on the Board of Directors to become the CEO of Salsa Labs, Inc., a leading provider of SaaS CRM and Marketing Automation solutions to non-profits and political campaigns. Scott executed a successful sale of the business to PE firm Accel-KKR. Finally, in 2018, they became the CEO and Founder of scaleMatters, which offers comprehensive RevOps-as-a-Service for early and growth stage B2B companies.

Scott Stouffer received their B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and their MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
