Dhruv Katyal

Dhruv Katyal has a solid work history with experience in various roles and industries. Dhruv began their career as an Assistant Manager at Fedders Lloyd Corporation Limited in 2010. Dhruv then worked as a Senior Key Account Manager at VTS Group from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, Dhruv had a brief stint at CDI Corporation as part of the Corporate Strategy-Office of the President. Dhruv then founded Project Kite in 2008, where they served as the Founder until 2019. Dhruv joined Arklight Consulting Group Plc. in 2016 as a Partner and held the role until 2021. Currently, they serve as a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at ScaleneWorks People Solutions LLP, a position they have held since 2017.

Dhruv Katyal has a diverse education history. Dhruv started their education journey by completing a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University between 2006 and 2010.

Later, in 2014, Dhruv pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Durham University Business School, which they completed in 2015.

Continuing their academic pursuit, in 2015, Dhruv enrolled in the University of Oxford and obtained a Master's degree in Social Entrepreneurship in 2016. Dhruv also completed a certification in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Oxford in January 2018.

Additionally, Dhruv obtained certifications in different areas. In 2008, they became a Red Hat Certified Engineer through Red Hat. In 2012, they completed a Theory of Music certification from Trinity College London. Lastly, in August 2016, they obtained a certification in People Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania.
