Subha (Jit) S. has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and project delivery.
Subha(Jit) started their career as a Management Trainee at Ajanta Packaging Company in 2005 before moving on to work as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Aviva India from 2007 to 2010. During their time at Aviva India, they spearheaded change management initiatives and facilitated organizational development strategies.
From 2012 to 2015, Subha worked as a Human Resources Manager at SBS, where they successfully implemented employee suggestion systems and established a recruitment sourcing database.
Subha(Jit) then joined a consulting firm as a Senior Research Associate in 2017, where they demonstrated expertise in sourcing various IT professionals and utilizing sourcing skills such as Java, C++, Python, and ReactJS.
Subsequently, they worked at ICICI Bank as a Manager CRM/HRBP from 2018 to 2019, overseeing HR operations and recruitment for several states. Subha(Jit) then became the Zonal Manager HR (I Process) from 2019 to 2020, managing a large-scale recruitment project.
From 2021 to 2023, Subha held various positions at TMI Network, including Zonal Delivery Head and Project Delivery Head. Subha(Jit) was responsible for developing standard operating procedures, building customer relationships, and managing project accountability.
Currently, they are working as the Practice Head in BFSI at ScaleneWorks People Solutions LLP, where they manage the BFSI portfolio, client deliveries, and ensures client satisfaction.
Throughout their career, Subha has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and HR expertise.
Subha (Jit) S. has a diverse education history spanning over several years. In 1999, they started their academic journey at the University of Mumbai, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Economics. Subha(Jit) completed their undergraduate studies in 2002.

On top of their formal education, Subha has obtained additional certifications. In 2009, they obtained a certification in SAP THR 10 & 12 ECC 6.0 R3 from Siemens. Furthermore, in 2023, they obtained a certification in HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn.
