Your mission will align with spearheading the full sales cycle, collaborating with partners, understanding their unique needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of ScalePad and our products. With a keen awareness of market behaviours and trends, the ideal candidate is adept at developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products. Thriving in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, you exhibit a self-starter persona, ensuring swift and accurate responses to multiple priorities with genuine empathy. Bringing a fun and creative approach, you will serve as the external voice of ScalePad, contributing not only to the operational growth of the company but also to the continuous evolution of MSP solutions on a global scale.

Responsibilities.

  • Be responsible for the full cycle sales process. Engage and strategize with partners to determine their needs, provide the value proposition, and close the deal.
  • Be the external voice of ScalePad and educate partners on all sales resources available to them.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of market behaviour and trends to better respond to partner needs.
  • Look for ways to grow and expand the current book of business while also looking for new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Listen and respond to inquiries with empathy and sound knowledge.
  • Contribute operationally to the growth of the Company.

Qualifications.

  • 2-4+ years of SAAS sales experience
  • 1+ year of experience within the MSP space or adjacent IT industry
  • Experience developing GTM strategies for new products
  • Metrics-oriented, with a strong understanding of managing pipelines, conversion rates, and results through a CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Self-starter persona, dependable, and the ability to respond quickly and accurately on multiple priorities with empathy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, applicable to interactions with partners, colleagues, and managers.
