Jean Patrick is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in driving innovation and operational excellence across various industries. As the Chief Executive Officer of ScaleUp Edge since July 2020, Jean has successfully led the company’s growth, achieving over $800K in annual revenue within the first year. Prior roles include serving as the Digital Operations, CX and Transformation Officer at Cherwell Software, where Jean oversaw the digital transformation strategy; Senior Operations Leader at Littler Mendelson, focusing on operational efficiencies; General Manager of Healthcare Analytics at Nexidia, responsible for customer retention and growth; and Senior Director of Business Process Outsourcing Services at Convergys, managing large teams and considerable P&L responsibilities. Jean holds an Executive MBA from the University of Denver and a Master's degree in Business Education & Training from the University of Minnesota.
