Nikki Polizzotto

Nikki Polizzotto has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Nikki is currently serving as the Chief Social Impact Officer at ScaleWith since September 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Chief of Staff at ScaleWith from October 2022 to September 2023. Nikki also worked as a Client Success Lead at ScaleWith from July 2021 to October 2022. Before joining ScaleWith, they held the position of Project Leader at Givewith, a technology company focused on incorporating social impact into commerce, from January 2020 to December 2021. Nikki started their career as a Research Manager at Givewith in October 2018 and worked until December 2019. Before entering the technology industry, they were an Urban Planner at MKSK from November 2017 to September 2018. Nikki also worked at LA-Más as a Community + Research Associate from January 2015 to July 2017. Nikki's early career includes roles as a Live Downtown and Events Intern and Transportation Options Campus Liaison at Downtown On The Go in 2014, and as a Stadium In Motion Liaison at the Office of Sustainability and Environmental Policy- City of Tacoma in 2014. Nikki began their career in 2013 as a Field Manager & Canvasser at Grassroots Campaigns.

Nikki Polizzotto completed their Master's Degree in Urban Planning from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Cultural Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Puget Sound in 2014. In 2013, they also studied Livability in the Modern City & Sustainable Food Systems at the Danish Institute For Study Abroad.
