Scott Jorgensen

Scott Jorgensen has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Scott is currently serving as the SVP and Chief Product & Innovation Officer at ScaleWith, where they lead innovation, product development, and customer success. Prior to this, they were the VP and Head of Product at HumanQ, where they built and led the in-house product development team.

Scott has also held various leadership positions at Salesforce. Scott was the Vice President of Enablement - AppExchange, where they led a team in equipping AppExchange ISV partners and ISV sales with knowledge and skills. Scott developed an enablement program for ISV partners and built a Solution Engineering capability for the small business market.

Additionally, Scott served as the Americas Executive, Ignite Innovation Program at Salesforce, where they worked closely with leading companies to unlock new value in their businesses. Scott was also a founding member of the Ignite Program team and a Principal Architect at Salesforce.

Prior to their time at Salesforce, Scott worked at Bang Networks as a Sr. Client Services Engineer, at AllAdvantage as a Software Engineer, and at 1stUp.com as a Director of Engineering. Scott also co-founded HyperWear and served as the CTO, successfully building an e-commerce business while operating out of their dorm room.

Scott Jorgensen graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Economics. Scott also obtained several certifications, including Coaching & Feedback, Impact of Unconscious Bias, Organizational Alignment (V2MOM), Business Value of Equality, Great Management, and Innovation Basics from Salesforce Trailhead. The specific years of obtaining some of these certifications are not provided.
