Hugues Sterlin

Hugues Sterlin has worked in the field of operations and customer solutions for over 30 years. From 1989 to 1995, they were a Chef de Projets Informatiques at IMPULSION (ESN). From 1995 to 2013, they worked at L'Oréal in various roles, including Supply Chain Projects Senior Manager, Warehouse Manager, Key User & Project Manager - SAP MM-WM, Responsible for Orders Pick and Pack, Consultant Interne | Organisation d'entrepôt logistique - Allemagne, Chef de Projet back-office e-commerce, and Coordinateur de Projets Logistiques Européens. Hugues was also responsible for implementing large-scale reorganization and automation projects, as well as improving working conditions while controlling costs. Since 2017, they have been the Operations Director and Customer Solutions Director at Scallog, where they are responsible for accompanying customers in an optimal and progressive implementation of their logistic solutions.

Hugues Sterlin completed a Maîtrise d'Informatique Appliquée à la Gestion des Entreprises (MIAGE) from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in 1989, with a focus on Systèmes d'information de gestion. Hugues then continued their studies at the same university, earning a Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées (DESS) in Systèmes d'information de gestion, général in 1990.
