With more than two decades of experience, Scan Display is a leader in the African exhibition, events and display industries, specialising in exhibition stands, display products, and exhibition and event infrastructure.

Our product range extends from large custom-built exhibition stands and portable display systems to roll-up banners, brochure holders, showcases, shopping kiosks, outdoor branding and signage. We supply the full range of exhibition and event services including shell scheme, carpeting, electrics, furniture and audio-visual equipment. 

Scan Display has branches in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, Botswana and Rwanda, and a network of distributors throughout Africa. We have an international network of partners through the Brussels-based International Federation of Exhibition & Event Services (IFES). Scan Display's Managing Director, Justin Hawes, was the President of IFES for 2021/2022.

The Operations Team at Scan Display is responsible for coordinating and executing all logistical and infrastructural aspects of exhibition and event services. This includes managing project timelines, overseeing the setup and breakdown of exhibition stands, ensuring compliance with electrical and safety standards, and handling financial transactions related to events. With a focus on efficiency and quality, the team collaborates closely with other departments to deliver seamless and impactful experiences for clients across Africa.
