Lindsay Crawley-Herbert

Lindsay Crawley-Herbert's work experience includes serving as the Chief People Officer at SCAN Health Plan since 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Anthem, Inc. from 2016 to 2021, including VP, HR M&A Integration Leader and Director of Human Resources. Lindsay also worked at Aspire Health, Inc. and CareMore Health as the Division CHRO and Director of Human Resources from 2018 to 2020. Earlier in their career, Lindsay served as the Director of Human Resources at Simon Property Group from 2012 to 2016 and as the National Employee Relations - HRBP Sr. at Grant Thornton LLP from 2010 to 2012. Lindsay began their career at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant from 2007 to 2010.

Lindsay Crawley-Herbert holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington. Lindsay also has additional certifications, including Talent Management Institute from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2019, Executive Coaching for HR Leaders from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2013, and certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (Registered) and a Professional Human Resource (PHR).
