Erica Rodriguez

Erica Rodriguez is an experienced professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as the People Relations Manager at SCAN Health Plan since June 2019, and has previously held roles such as Human Resources Business Partner and Employee Relations Specialist within the same company. Prior to joining SCAN Health Plan, Erica worked at LA Fitness as the Employee Relations Manager from March 2013 to June 2019. Erica holds a Master's degree in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peace-building from California State University-Dominguez Hills, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution. Additional qualifications include a Certificate in Mediation from CSUDH College of Extended and International Education and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from California State University, Long Beach.
