Fei Gu

Fei Gu has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. They currently hold the position of Director of Pharmacy Finance, Analytics & Research at SCAN, a role they have held since July 2022. Prior to that, Fei worked for MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. for over 17 years in various leadership roles. They served as the Director of Analytics, where they built and developed a team and set the strategy for clinical analytics. Fei also led multiple groups of Business Analysts as the Director of Business Systems Analysts and supervised teams as both a Manager and Supervisor. Additionally, they managed the implementation of Medicare Part D related products and services as a Project Manager. Throughout their career, Fei has demonstrated expertise in analytics, team leadership, project management, and technical service delivery.

Fei Gu has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Springfield. Additionally, they have completed a Professional Certificate Program in Project Management from the University of San Diego. Fei Gu has also obtained additional certifications in Lean Six Sigma Foundations, Operational Excellence Foundations, and Cert Prep: Scrum Master from LinkedIn in the year 2022.
