Jill McGougan

Jill McGougan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jill is currently the Director of Duals Operations at SCAN, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Medi-Cal Operations Manager at SCAN from February 2020 to October 2022. Before joining SCAN, Jill worked at Molina Healthcare, holding various leadership positions. Jill'sroles included Program Director, Network from May 2018 to February 2020, Director of Strategic Initiatives and Project Management Office from July 2017 to May 2018, Director of Projects from January 2017 to June 2017, Director of Program Development, Healthcare Services from August 2014 to January 2017, Healthcare Services Program Manager from January 2014 to August 2014, and Cultural and Linguistic Specialist II from October 2005 to January 2014. Prior to their work at Molina Healthcare, Jill served as a Field Representative to Gloria Negrete McLeod in the California State Assembly from January 2001 to August 2004. Jill also worked as a Teacher at Vernon Middle School in the Ontario-Montclair School District from November 2000 to June 2001.

Jill McGougan holds a Professional Development Certificate in Health Care Innovation from the University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained in 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate of Completion in Project Management at California State University-Dominguez Hills in 2016. In 2005, Jill earned their MA in Cultural Studies from Claremont Graduate University, and in 2000, they graduated with a BA in Chicano Studies/Latin American Studies from Pitzer College.
