Abdallah Ibrahim

Abdallah Ibrahim is currently serving as the Acting Chief Human Resource Officer at MTN since January 2024, following a significant tenure at MTN Ghana where responsibilities included leading HR planning and analytics since January 2012. Abdallah's key achievements encompass strategic HR initiatives, successful salary negotiations with labor unions, and the design of compensation and benefits programs that enhance talent attraction and retention. Abdallah possesses a Bachelor of Laws from Wisconsin International University College, a Master's Degree in Service Management from the University of Buckingham, and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
