Adriana Lima has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Adriana started their career as an Engineer Intern at Elektro in 2015 and later worked as a Sustainability Analyst and Human Resources Analyst in the same company. In 2018, they joined Cervejaria Ambev as a Senior People Analyst, where they were responsible for employee development, recruitment, organizational climate surveys, and internal communication. Adriana then moved on to Scandinavian Tobacco Group, where they held various roles, including HR Coordinator and HR Process & Insights Consultant. At Chr. Hansen, they worked as a Rewards & Systems Specialist, supporting Scandinavian business with rewards processes and improving data quality. Currently, they serve as the Head of People Services Europe at Scandinavian Tobacco Group, managing a team responsible for daily HR operations and promoting the adoption of HRIS SuccessFactors.
Adriana Lima completed their Graduate Studies in Business at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. In addition to their degrees, they also hold certifications such as IPE from Mercer, PI Practitioner from The Predictive Index, and SFX Accreditation for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core Administration from SAP SuccessFactors.
