Adrita Datta is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in the field, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for the Malaysia & Singapore Cluster at British American Tobacco (BAT). Previous roles include Regional Manager for Dhaka focused on Trade Marketing & Distribution and senior HR positions such as HR Business Partner and Head of HR Operations & Talent Lead. Adrita began the career as Employee Services Unit Manager before progressing to Business In Charge at PeopleScape. Adrita holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
