Dominique Nikerle-Uhthoff has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. They started their career as an International Sales & Marketing Graduate at Scandinavian Tobacco Group in 2015, where they later became an International Junior Brand Manager and then a Brand Manager. In these roles, Dominique was responsible for managing the fine cut category, developing and executing commercial strategies, monitoring competition and market dynamics, and driving trade activation.
After leaving Scandinavian Tobacco Group, Dominique joined General Mills in 2018 as a Sales & Marketing Advisor before transitioning to the role of Brand Manager. During their time at General Mills, they worked on brand management and provided sales and marketing advisory support.
In 2022, Dominique returned to Scandinavian Tobacco Group as the Head of Marketing, followed by their current position as the Head of Strategy starting in 2023. These roles demonstrate their progression and expertise in marketing and strategy within the tobacco industry.
Prior to their professional career, Dominique worked as a Thesis Student in Global Branding at SAP in 2013.
Dominique Nikerle-Uhthoff completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Economics and Business Administration, specializing in International Business and Management, from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 2012 to 2015. Dominique also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Kultur und Wirtschaft, with a focus on Anglistik und BWL, from the University of Mannheim, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. In 2009, they briefly studied at The University of Alabama, but their degree and field of study during that time are not specified.
