Helen Põld

Helen Pham has diverse experience in customer service and administrative roles across various industries. Currently, Helen serves as a Claims Adjuster II at Federated Insurance since July 2022. Concurrently, Helen has been involved with Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery as a Shift Manager, Delivery Driver, and Assistant Store Manager since September 2017. Previous positions include serving as an Administrative Assistant and Box Office Attendant at Movie Tavern Inc. from October 2015 to January 2018, and as a Student Mentor at the TCU Go Center from January 2012 to December 2014, where guidance was provided to high school students on college applications and SAT preparations. Earlier experience includes a Sales Associate Cashier role at Academy Sports + Outdoors and a Nursing Receptionist/Assistant position at Arlington Center for Dermatology. Helen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Texas Christian University, obtained in 2021.
