Paweł Kurowski

Paweł Kurowski's work experience began in 2002 as a Junior Industrial Engineer at HELLA, where they conducted lab quality control and analyzed results. Paweł then worked as a Technical Engineer at INVAR Integracje, designing and integrating building automation solutions. In 2004, they became a Technical Sales Engineer at Miwi-Urmet, responsible for CCTV technical aspects and trainings. From 2004 to 2008, they held various roles at Partnertech, including Quality Engineer, Project Manager, Program Manager, and Electronic Production Manager. At Partnertech, they implemented Six Sigma programs, developed an SPC system, and managed quality control plans. In 2013, they became the Operations Director at Partnertech, and in 2015, they joined Scanfil plc as the Technical Director. Paweł is currently the Managing Director at Scanfil Poland, leading customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and profitable growth. Their responsibilities include technical operations, lean project management, and cross-functional team leadership.

Paweł Kurowski obtained a Master's degree in Industrial process automation from Lodz University of Technology, which they attended from 1997 to 2002. Paweł then pursued a postgraduate degree in Controlling and Managing Accounting at University of Lodz from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained a certification in International Management and Entrepreneurship from ESCP Europe Wirtschaftshochschule Berlin in 2017. Paweł also studied at Kozminski University, but the degree and duration of study are unspecified.
