Katarina Ehngren

Katarina Ehngren has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture for Finance & Business Control at Scania Group, a position held since September 2015. Prior roles at Scania include HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Acting HR Manager, and Specialist Recruiter. Katarina's previous experience includes working as a Staffing Specialist Talent Source for Allegis Global Solutions, where responsibilities involved managing day-to-day deliveries for the Microsoft Office in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. Earlier in the career, Katarina served as a Consultant Manager Assistant at Academic Work, overseeing all stages of the recruitment process. Prior to entering the HR field, Katarina spent over a decade in various managerial roles at McDonald's Corporation, focusing on operations and human resource objectives. Katarina holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Stockholm University.
