Marco Aurélio Villano has over 30 years of experience in the business and technology sectors. Marco Aurélio began their career in 1989 as a Production Supervisor at Dana Incorporated. Marco Aurélio then moved to Bardahl in 1992 as a Commercial Technical Manager, where they were responsible for business in industries and re-sales along with OEM light vehicles. Marco Aurélio achieved 10% growth in sales automotive and 25% in general segments due to the introduction of new technical support services. In 2003, they became Services Sales Manager at Toledo do Brasil. In 2006, they took on the role of Commercial Manager South America at Acument Global Technologies - NAFTA, where they were responsible for activities along with electrical and electronic market. Marco Aurélio generated new strategies for market expansion and achieved record sales and record levels of new business in the last four years. In 2011, they became Sales and Marketing Director at Bodycote, where they managed and led the sales strategies and activities to Brazil operations. In 2012, they took on the role of Commercial Manager South America - RCS at Bombardier Transportation, leading meetings with project and engineering teams for the South America market. In 2014, they became National Sales Manager - South America Operations at Horizon Automotive, implementing new sales strategies and focusing on big autoparts distributors, after market, retail and OEM's. In 2016, they became Sales Manager Americas at PALLMANN Maschinenfabrik, specializing in size reduction and preparation techniques for segments such as plastics, wood, food, processes, recycle markets, etc. In 2018, they founded Villano International Consulting as General Manager. Currently, they are working as Consulting Project Director - South America at Scanit Technologies, Inc., responsible for equipment setup/install, logistics, business development, and serving as the primary contact for the local customer base.
Marco Aurélio Villano has a long history of education, beginning with a Production Mechanical Engineer degree from Universidade Paulista, which they obtained between 1983 and 1988. Marco Aurélio then went on to pursue a Post-Graduation Business Administration degree from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 1996 and 1997, followed by an MBA Products/Services Management degree from the same university between 2007 and 2008.
