Greg Scharlemann

Greg Scharlemann is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at ScanlanKemperBard Companies since March 2015, Greg oversees the Bay Area, focusing on acquisitions, asset management, and disposition efforts. Previously, as General Manager, Greg led the Bay Area office and managed the West Gate project, a significant retail and light industrial development. Prior experience includes roles at Hines, where Greg managed Pleasanton Corporate Commons, and Childress Klein Properties, overseeing major properties in the Charlotte market. Additionally, Greg contributed as an Adjunct Lecturer at Santa Clara University, teaching leadership principles. Greg holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Loyola Marymount University.
